Trucker Charged With Sexually Assaulting North Arlington Teen Four Times

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. – A Hudson County truck driver was charged with sexually assaulting an underage North Arlington girl several times spanning this and last year, said authorities who arrested him.

Luis Lozano, 40, of North Bergen remained held in the Bergen County Jail on Saturday following a detention hearing in Hackensack.

Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo said Lozano was arrested Friday after members of his Special Victims Unit and North Arlington police investigated a Feb. 15 report

Lozano is charged with sexually assaulting the girl four times beginning when she was 16, records show.

He’s also charged with a single count of child endangerment.
